Many heating and air conditioning companies do not really want to fix anything-- they just want to sell equipment. At those companies, the so-called "technicians" are offered incentives to sell equipment rather than repair your existing system. Another tactic used by those companies is to make repairs so grossly expensive that replacing the system appears to be a better option.
At J & J, you will never be pressured to replace a unit or buy something you do not really need. When you invite us into your home or business, we will concentrate on fixing the problem at a reasonable cost rather than selling you something new.
However, when it makes sense to replace your system, we are fully qualified to advise you on all available options, giving consideration to energy efficiency, the latest technology, and your budget. We are true technicians and consultants, not salespeople.
