Low price should never be the only factor in choosing a contractor
Everyone has heard stories of people who went with the lowest bid only to find they received second-rate equipment, poor workmanship and no service after the sale.

An air conditioning system is not like many other things you buy. How well the system performs will depend largely on its proper design, application and installation. Remember this: the problems of poor quality will remain long after the satisfaction of a low price fades.

Beware of fast-talking, high-pressure
sales people
They will promise you anything just to close the deal. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. We may not give the fanciest sales presentations, but rest assured we've seen thousands of cases just like yours and we know what it will take to do the job right.

Watch out for contractors that have only bad things to say about everyone else. Chances are they have few positive things to say about themselves and are just trying to scare you into giving them the job. Make your decision based on facts, not on fear of being cheated.

Apples to Apples
Make sure you compare all things as evenly as possible. Equipment efficiency, sound levels, refrigerant type, warranties, and company experience, should all be considered very closely to make sure you’re comparing apples with apples. Remember, even though it may seem like all air conditioners and contractors are the same, they're not.
